USD Bank Declaration

I hereby declare, undertake, and agree that in consideration of being permitted to initiate and complete transactions on the Palremit platform, including the use of its virtual USD account and card services for cross-border transactions denominated in USDT or any other supported digital assets, all transactions initiated by me on the Platform shall be lawful, genuine, and conducted solely for legitimate purposes.

I undertake that no transaction shall be connected to fraud, money laundering, mule activity, terrorist financing, chargeback abuse, or any other unlawful or prohibited activity under applicable laws and regulations, breach of which shall entitle the Company to take all necessary legal remedial actions against me, without prejudice to any other rights available to it.

I hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, from and against any loss, liability, claim, damage, arising from or connected to:

• any fraudulent or unlawful transaction initiated by me;
• any misrepresentation or breach of this undertaking; or
• any third-party claims, regulatory inquiries, regulatory actions, investigation, enforcement actions or penalties resulting from my conduct.

I consent to Palremit disclosing my account information and transaction details to law enforcement agencies, regulators, financial institutions, or other competent authorities for the purpose of investigation where a transaction is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent and I undertake to cooperate fully with any of such investigations.
